About the Role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience in interior or furniture manufacturing , preferably with exposure to premium retail furniture and luxury projects .

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD , including the ability to prepare cutting files , along with hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination between Design, Production, and Procurement teams .

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end production process for premium retail furniture projects.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and work on AutoCAD drawings and cutting files as required for production.
- Review drawings and ensure they are production-ready and aligned with project requirements.
- Plan and track production schedules, timelines, and deliverables .
- Coordinate with the production/factory team to monitor progress and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team and ensure timely availability.
- Track production status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure production is completed according to required quality,



specifications, and timelines .
- Support coordination related to dispatch, delivery, and project execution.
- Maintain proper production records, trackers, drawings, and documentation.
- Manage multiple production activities while ensuring timely completion.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Interior / Furniture Manufacturing.
- Experience in premium retail furniture is preferred.
- Exposure to luxury/premium brands or retail projects will be an added advantage.
- Solid AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory .
- Should be capable of preparing AutoCAD cutting files independently.
- Robust understanding of production drawings and furniture manufacturing processes .
- Experience in production planning and scheduling .
- Strong coordination experience with Design, Production, and Procurement teams.
- Good communication, follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite production environment.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on production coordinator who understands furniture manufacturing and can bridge the gap between design drawings and actual production . Candidates with experience in premium retail furniture, luxury interiors, retail fit-outs, or high-end furniture manufacturing will be preferred.
