Perks: Both-side cab facility + Night Shift Allowance What We're Looking For: ✔️ 2+ years of experience in Technical Support / Product Support / Software Support (SaaS preferred) ✔️ Experience supporting customer-facing applications ✔️ Hands-on experience with:
- SSO & Access Management
- SaaS & Cloud Computing
- FTP & SMTP
