Job Title : Product & Program Manager Assistant

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Location : Chennai

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

MISSSIONS and CHALLENGES

- Support the preparation and followup of Accessories product roadmaps
- Assist in new accessories launches, ensuring milestone tracking and launch readiness.
- Consolidate inputs from markets regarding product needs and local specificities.
- Support preparation of prebusiness cases and business cases (volumes, pricing, margins, investments).
- Monitor and consolidate KPIs related to Accessories sales
- Support analysis of markets performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Support market studies and competitive benchmarking (products, pricing, offers).
- Collect and structure market feedback for new vehicles launches .
- Identify opportunities for accessories product to be sourced in the Asian Pacific region
- Maintain product documentation (launch checklists, accessories handbook, ..).
- Support continuous improvement of aftermarket product & program processes.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Automotive, Supply Chain, or equivalent

Experience

- 2 - 5 years experience in:
- Automotive aftersales, parts, accessories, or service operations
- Product management, program management, or coordination role
- OEM or Tier1 / Aftermarket environment preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Robust organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset; strong command of Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Structured, rigorous, and detailoriented
- Proactive, autonomous, and solutiondriven
- Strong communication skills in a crossfunctional, multicultural environment
