Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Owner (TPO) Trainee to join our product and technology team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong technical background and an interest in product management, business analysis, and software development lifecycle processes.

As a TPO Trainee, you will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, define product features, manage user stories, and support the successful delivery of software products. This role provides hands-on exposure to product planning, Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and technology-driven problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and product requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Support the creation and management of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth product delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track feature development progress and help ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Assist in product testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct market, competitor, and product research to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare product documentation, workflows, process diagrams, and release notes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Learn and contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical disciplines.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Robust understanding of software development concepts and technology fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.




- Eagerness to learn product management and business analysis practices.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, or web/mobile application development concepts.
- Experience working on academic projects, internships, hackathons, or product-related initiatives.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and customer-centric product design.
- Robust interest in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis careers.
