Product Owner (Coveo) Job Title: Product Owner Coveo Experience: 5 7 Years Education: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Science) Location: Chennai Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Owner Coveo to drive the configuration, optimization, and delivery of enterprise search solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories while ensuring successful implementation of Coveo-based search experiences.

Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Coveo search platform configuration and enhancements. Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement search best practices and improve user experience.

Work closely with development, QA, UX, and business teams in an Agile workplace. Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery milestones. Support AI-driven search initiatives and enterprise search optimization.

Ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.





Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product delivery within enterprise software. Hands-on experience with Coveo (preferred) or similar enterprise search platforms. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Experience translating business and AI requirements into clear user stories. Knowledge of SaaS, e-commerce product discovery, or customer service ecosystems. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms. Exposure to AI-powered search and relevance optimization.

Experience working in enterprise digital transformation projects.
