We're hiring: Product Owner (Dealer Sales OS) — Swiftex powered by Axeno | Delhi NCR

Swiftex is building Dealer Sales OS (SalesTrack) — the mobile app dealer sales executives use every day to take a lead from enquiry all the way to a retail sale. We're looking for someone to own this product as a Business Analyst-cum-Product Owner: on the dealership floor, with the OEM, and in the product — all at once.

This starts as a 2–3 month internship (Management Trainee), converting to a full time Product Owner role on successful performance.

What you'll do

Phase 1 (first 2–3 months): Embed in dealerships. Interview DSEs, sales managers, and DPs. Map how leads actually move from enquiry to retail — and where they leak. Turn that into user stories, flows, and a prioritised backlog.

Phase 2 (on conversion): Own the Dealer Sales OS roadmap end-to-end — from requirements to release to adoption on the floor. Drive the pilot, convert it into a full OEM rollout, and bring AI into the product to make it a model-driven sales assistant for the DSE.

Who we're looking for

- Automotive experience — exposure to dealerships, OEMs, or auto-tech/DMS/CRM
- High empathy for the DSE,



the dealer, and the customer
- Sharp thinking — able to structure a messy real-world process into a clear product
- Genuine excitement about bringing AI into the product
- Strong relationship-building with OEM and customer stakeholders
- Comfortable spending real time in the field, not behind a desk

Prior product/BA experience or familiarity with the OEM–dealer ecosystem in India is a plus, but not required.
