About OrchcastAI
OrchcastAI is a B2B SaaS platform built for marketing agencies, businesses, and content teams. It helps users define their brand voice and manage the complete content workflow—from research and creation to review, approval, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking. We are looking for a Product Marketer who can clearly communicate OrchcastAI’s value, understand the competitive landscape, identify the right target customers, and build practical go-to-market campaigns for Canada and the United States.
Position
Summary
The Product Marketer will connect product, marketing, sales, and customer insights. This person will be responsible for market research, competitor intelligence, product positioning, messaging, launch planning, lead-generation campaigns, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate understands B2B SaaS, product marketing, digital campaigns, customer research, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Product Positioning and Messaging
Develop clear positioning for OrchcastAI and its major features.
Translate technical product capabilities into simple customer benefits.
Create messaging for marketing agencies, in-house teams, founders, and content professionals.
Develop value propositions, taglines, elevator pitches, sales messaging, and website copy.
Maintain consistent messaging across campaigns, product pages, presentations, emails, and social media. Market and Customer Research
Define OrchcastAI’s ideal customer profiles in Canada and the United States.
Develop buyer personas for agency owners, marketing directors, brand managers, content leads, and other decision-makers.
Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Identify customer pain points, buying triggers, objections, and preferred channels.
Analyze why prospects register, convert, remain inactive, upgrade, or cancel.

Intelligence
Identify and monitor direct and indirect competitors.
Research competitor pricing, features, positioning,
target audiences, campaigns, reviews, hiring activity, and product updates.
Create competitor comparison reports, SWOT analyses, and sales battlecards.
Review competitor strengths and determine what OrchcastAI can learn from them.
Identify weaknesses, customer complaints, and market gaps that OrchcastAI can use for differentiation.
Monitor changes in competitor websites, pricing pages, messaging, and product offerings. Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and execute 30-, 60-, and 90-day product-marketing plans.
Support the launch of recent features, integrations, plans, and product updates.
Define target audience, campaign message, offer, channels, budget, and success metrics.
Coordinate launch activities with product, engineering, design, content, and sales teams.
Create launch checklists, timelines, internal training materials, and post-launch reports.
Campaign
Development
Plan campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, content marketing, partnerships, paid advertising, and founder-led marketing.
Create campaign briefs, landing-page requirements, ad concepts, email sequences, and social-media messaging.
Develop content for different stages of the customer journey.
Test different audiences, offers, headlines, calls to action, and creative formats.
Support lead nurturing and trial-to-paid conversion campaigns.
Sales
Enablement
Prepare sales presentations, product one-pagers, feature comparisons, case studies, FAQs, and objection-handling documents.
Create competitor battlecards and product demonstration scripts.
Help sales teams communicate OrchcastAI’s value to prospective customers.
Collect sales feedback and use it to improve product messaging. Analytics and Reporting
Define and monitor product-marketing KPIs.
Track website conversion, demo requests, trial registrations, activation, paid conversion, customer acquisition cost, campaign performance, retention, and churn.
Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Use customer and campaign data to determine which channels and messages should be scaled.
Required
Qualifications
Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
Strong understanding of customer research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Ability to conduct detailed competitor and market research.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience analyzing marketing and product-performance data.
Ability to create clear presentations, reports, campaign briefs, and marketing plans.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities.
Strong organizational and project-management skills.
Preferred
Skills
Experience marketing SaaS, AI, productivity, content, or marketing-technology products.
Knowledge of Canada and U.S. B2B markets.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of SaaS metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, and MRR.
Experience conducting customer interviews and usability or message-testing sessions.
- Basic SQL, dashboard, or business-intelligence experience is an advantage.
