Product Manager We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building customer-centric, AI-first products that drive measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will own the growth and acquisition charter for one or more key upGrad business verticals, working across the entire customer journey; from user acquisition and conversion to engagement and optimization. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams to identify opportunities, define product strategy, and deliver high-impact features.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, moving fast, and using AI to build exceptional product experiences.

Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and execution for the growth and acquisition journey of one or more upGrad business verticals.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams to define priorities and deliver impactful product solutions.

Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Drive end-to-end product execution through Agile processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, reviews, and releases.

Build AI-powered product experiences by identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience.

Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and use product data to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and retention.

Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize business outcomes.





Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Skills & Experience 2–5 years of Product Management experience in a B2C, consumer internet, or high-growth technology company (mandatory).

Hands-on experience building and shipping end-to-end AI-powered product features, workflows, or user experiences that have delivered measurable customer or business impact (mandatory).

Strong understanding of contemporary AI capabilities, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, MCPs, and AI-assisted product workflows.

Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into scalable product solutions.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, product metrics, and experimentation to drive decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing products from discovery through launch and iteration.

Highly organized, execution-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier 1 institute (preferred). MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
