Role Overview:

We are hiring a Product Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to lead and help build Simreka products and modules. You will own product outcomes for specific modules, work closely with engineering and design, and serve as a primary communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, partners, and key users).

Strong written and verbal communication, plus the ability to produce clear, structured documentation, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

- Lead one or more product modules end-to-end: discovery, prioritisation, specification, delivery, and iteration.
- Define and maintain clear product vision, goals, and success metrics for your modules.
- Build and manage prioritised backlogs; make trade-off decisions with transparent reasoning.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality features on schedule.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, leadership, marketing, security) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, users).
- Run discovery conversations, feedback sessions, and alignment meetings with clarity and structure.
- Translate technical and business needs into language that different audiences can act on.




- Represent the product voice in cross-functional forums and external discussions.

Documentation Excellence

- Write clear, structured product documentation: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, FAQs, and process docs.
- Keep documentation current as products evolve; treat docs as a first-class deliverable.
- Create materials that enable other teams (support, marketing, sales, engineering) to work effectively without constant verbal handoffs.

Execution & Collaboration

- Drive prioritisation discussions and roadmap communication.
- Identify risks early and surface them with proposed mitigations.
- Continuously improve product processes and documentation standards within the team.

Requirements Must-have

- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent product ownership role) in software / SaaS / enterprise products.
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication and documentation (samples or portfolio strongly preferred).
- Experience working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, partners).
- Comfortable owning modules end-to-end and making prioritisation decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-moving environment with evolving priorities.

Nice-to-have

- Experience with AI/ML products, developer tools, or internal platform/tooling products.
- Familiarity with modern product practices (discovery, continuous delivery, outcome-based roadmaps).
- Exposure to documentation systems, knowledge bases, or technical writing workflows.
- Experience in B2B / enterprise software environments.
