As a Product Manager III, you will be responsible for managing one or more product areas from discovery through execution. You will translate business needs and user problems into transparent product requirements, define success metrics, manage delivery priorities, and ensure the product creates meaningful impact. This is an individual contributor role and does not include people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and execution for assigned product areas or charters.
- Understand customer, store, business, and operational needs through data, research, and stakeholder inputs.
- Convert problems into clear product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery priorities.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Business, Operations, and global product teams.
- Drive product discovery, prioritization, sprint planning support, launch readiness, and post-launch tracking.
- Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder communication.
- Use data and insights to measure product performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure product work is aligned with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Communicate progress, decisions, blockers, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience in digital products, platforms, retail, commerce, operations,
or enterprise products.
- Proven ability to independently own product initiatives from problem definition to launch.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile delivery.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations teams.
- Ability to analyze data, understand metrics, and connect product work to measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to complex product problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, commerce, customer experience, store operations, delivery, merchandising, platforms, or shared services.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with OKRs, product analytics, experimentation, and design-led product development.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is a plus.
