Role Description Technical Product Owner – Commercial Domain Location: India Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to drive requirement gathering, product roadmap planning, and product management for the Commercial domain. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs. Convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Define product roadmap, sprint priorities, and release plans. Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Support

Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and UAT. Coordinate issue resolution, dependency management, and release readiness. Work with users to validate solutions, gather feedback,



and drive continuous improvements. Identify opportunities to leverage reusable solutions, workflows, and product components across teams.

Required Skills 10+ years of experience in digital product development and delivery. 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Technology Analyst, or Agile Delivery Lead. Solid experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder management. Good understanding of Commercial domain processes.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps. Knowledge of data and AI concepts, APIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Hands-on experience with Jira, Monday.com, Power BI, SQL, Excel, or similar tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
