We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager who operates as a "product craftsperson" — someone with a proven history of driving impactful, user-centric product outcomes.

Role Overview:

Own the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Act as the central hub across stakeholders and clients to define product roadmaps and success metrics, translating customer/business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the dev team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and document product requirements; maintain a prioritized backlog; ensure business needs are met across design, development, and delivery
- Use strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL) to gather and interpret data to guide product decisions
- Manage stakeholder and client communication — expectations, status updates, and feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design,



engineering, sales, and support teams

What We're Looking For:

- Strong product mindset with cross-team coordination experience
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment setting
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts
- Excellent communication, consultative, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
- High attention to detail for precise product documentation and sales/pre-sales support
