Job Purpose : A Corporate Salary Product Manager would contribute to the innovation & expansion of the current corporate salary Product Suite. This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing corporate salary portfolio thereby expanding the Retail franchise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Product Management - Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products
- Develop new product variants for new segments
- Conduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify current features and recommend basis profitability evaluation
- Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required
- Identify,



review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary Portfolio
- Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers
- Product training and awareness
- Channel support and query resolution
- Customer communication

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations
- Knowledge of Channel Management will be preferred

Educational Qualifications: Graduate – Any Post Graduate - Any MBA

Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years from BFSI
