Position: Product Manager
Location: Jaipur (In-office)
Experience: 3–5 Years About the Role
At Axestrack, we're building category-defining SaaS products in the logistics and mobility space. As a Product Manager, you will own product initiatives end-to-end—from identifying customer problems to defining product strategy and delivering impactful features.
This is a high-ownership role for individuals who enjoy solving complex business problems, thinking in systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable products.
Key Responsibilities Own product initiatives across the complete product lifecycle: Discovery → Definition → Execution → Launch → Iteration
Gather and prioritize customer requirements, business needs, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Drive product roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on customer feedback and business impact.
Analyze product performance using data, user insights, and product metrics to make informed decisions.
Define success metrics (KPIs) and continuously optimize product adoption and customer experience.
Work closely with leadership to execute product strategy and roadmap. Requirements
B.Tech/B.E.
from Tier-1 Engineering Institutes (IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Core Product Management for a SaaS product.
Exposure to AI enabled product management practices.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a robust ownership mindset.
Strong Signals (Highly Preferred)
Experience building and launching B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
Hands-on experience with SQL, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of APIs, system design, and scalable software products.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Built products/features from 0→1 or owned significant product modules.
Exposure to logistics, mobility, IoT, fleet management, or supply chain products is an added advantage.
