About The Role The Product Manager for AI at GE Vernova plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's AI-driven initiatives. This position involves overseeing the development of innovative AI-powered products that enhance operational efficiency, safety, quality, and cost management across the organization. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and business acumen to translate complex AI solutions into impactful business outcomes.

The Product

Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, research, IT, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery and integration of AI applications. Additionally, this role involves working within the framework of GE Vernova’s research and development efforts to support the company’s mission of enabling a zero-carbon energy future through breakthrough innovations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10-15 years of relevant experience in product management, AI development, or related disciplines. Prior experience with GE or GE Vernova is highly preferred,



along with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex AI solutions. Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical initiatives with strategic organizational goals are essential.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in building and deploying AI applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset. Technical proficiency in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and familiarity with third-party AI solutions are also important.

The role requires willingness to work out of the Bangalore office in India.

Responsibilities Product Ownership and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, engineering, and research, to develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.

Roadmap Input: Contribute to the development of product roadmaps in partnership with the AI Portfolio Manager, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT professionals, and designers to ensure the development of robust, scalable, and innovative AI solutions. Maintain technical rigor by implementing verification methods, risk assessments, and validation processes.

User Experience Focus: Prioritize delivering exceptional user experiences by understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring usability across AI applications.

Cross-Business Coordination:



Facilitate coordination across different business units to leverage AI applications for operational improvements, innovation, and value creation.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to monitor product performance, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed decisions to optimize AI solutions.

Post-Launch Support: Oversee the monitoring of AI product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to maximize value and impact.

Third-party Solutions Management: Evaluate, integrate, and oversee AI solutions from external vendors, ensuring the best technology fit and seamless integration with existing systems.
