- Profitability

- Manage product pricing, fee structures, and profitability metrics.

- Conduct portfolio analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance with engagement with Business Head &
- CBO

- Monitor product performance and recommend corrective and strategic actions.

- Benchmark products and processes against industry peers and competitors.

3. Customer &

- Channel Engagement

- Engage with customers and channel partners to understand market requirements.

- Drive product adoption initiatives and sales enablement programs.

- Gather market feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.

- Support business development initiatives to improve acquisition and retention.

Business

Transformation &

- Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance teams.

- Assist in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and drive technologyled product enhancements.

- Lead crossfunctional projects related to process improvements, automation, and digital transformation.

- Present product recommendations and performance insights to leadership teams.

- Compliance

- Enhance customer journeys and operational processes to improve turnaround time and customer experience.

- Work closely with Risk and Credit teams to optimize policies and product programs.

- Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory and internal goverce requirements.

- Drive continuous process improvements to support business scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA/ MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institution.

- 25 years of experience in Product Management, Housing Fice, Mortgage Lending, Banking, NBFC, or Retail Lending.

- Robust understanding of secured lending products, product lifecycle management, and portfolio analytics.

- Experience in pricing strategy, market research, product rollout, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical, problemsolving, presentation, and communication skills.
