About This Role We are looking for a Product Manager to define strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship products customers actually use. You will work directly with founders, engineers, Relationship Managers, and clients. alterai.os is not a dashboard wrapper — it is a proprietary agentic engine that orchestrates requirements, architecture, build, QA, and deploy. Your job is to turn customer pain into features the engine and team can deliver fast.

This is a hands-on PM role at an early-stage AI company. You write crisp specs, talk to users weekly, and stay close to shipping — not months of discovery decks.

What you will do Define product strategy and roadmap for alterai.os, alterai.apps, and alterai.cabs

Talk to customers, understand pain points, and translate them into shippable features

Prioritize ruthlessly — we ship fast and iterate on real feedback

Work closely with engineering and the agentic engine workflow to launch new capabilities

Partner with Relationship Managers so client context flows into the backlog

Own specs,



acceptance criteria, and release communication for your scope What we are looking for 2+ years in product management or closely related roles (founder, lead, delivery PM)

Experience shipping B2B or SaaS products end to end

Strong written and verbal communication — specs, stakeholders, customers

Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapid-paced, small-team environment

Data-informed decisions without analysis paralysis Nice to have Experience with AI/ML products, agents, or developer tools

Familiarity with client portals, billing, or enterprise software delivery
