Role Description As a Product Management Intern at Workskills, you will support the product team in defining and improving features for the Team OS platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing data and feedback, assisting in drafting product requirements, and collaborating with design and engineering to refine user stories and prototypes. You will help track product performance metrics, participate in sprint planning,



and contribute to documentation and stakeholder communication.

This is an internship role that is on-site and based in Bengaluru, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Ability to contribute to product strategy, with foundational understanding of Product Management principles.

Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting user data, market trends, and product performance.

Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.

Capability to conduct structured Market Research on users, competitors, and industry trends.

Comfort working in a startup environment, with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, design, or a related field.

Interest in SaaS, work from home tools, or productivity platforms; prior internship experience is a plus.

Basic familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar) is beneficial.
