Role Overview

Position: Product Innovation Manager

Location: Chennai (Work From Office - WFO)

Objective: Serve as a visionary leader driving innovative products that directly impact airline customers and operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do?

Product Vision & Strategy: Establish a clear product vision aligned with strategic goals, and define the product roadmap using market analysis and customer feedback.

Agile Leadership: Act as the primary contact for engineering teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and maintain a well-defined product backlog.





Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and customers while communicating product updates and performance metrics.

Airline Industry Expertise: Leverage deep airline industry knowledge to develop creative products that resolve operational challenges and improve passenger experience.

Data-Driven Decisions: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analysis to drive continuous product improvement.

Financial Impact: Oversee P&L; management and unlock revenue growth through product monetization opportunities.

What You Bring?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience: 10 to 20 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within the airline industry.

Technical Skills: Robust understanding of agile methodologies, experience with API-driven development, and familiarity with airline reservation and operational systems.

Innovation & Financial Acumen: Experience exploring or implementing AI to improve products/processes, along with a proven track record of managing P&L; and driving revenue initiatives.

Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
