We are seeking experienced PE/APM/PM from the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product management, brand strategy, and market analysis within the pharma sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing plans, promotional campaigns and implement product strategies to drive market growth and profitability.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and market positioning.
Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 - 8 years in product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management is a plus.
Industry Background: Candidates must have experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
