- Able to understand and do Testing activities at EAC
- System knowledge & Test report preparation
- Equipment s Calibration/maintenance with vendors, 4S, Safety management
- Able to report in Shifts.
- Lead a team of IE engineers or analysts to support manufacturing or service processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments
- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly efficiency and productivity metrics
- Train team members on IE tools, software, and methodologies
- Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
