Role Overview:

We are seeking for Product Engineer with expertise in Finacle Scripting to support Retail Assets Automation initiatives. The role focuses on automation testing, production stability, defect resolution, and continuous improvement across Retail Assets platforms while collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Assets Engineering

- Support automation testing across Finacle Retail Assets modules.

- Resolve defects and production issues to improve platform stability.

- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.

- Enhance test automation coverage across Retail Assets applications.

Production Support

- Monitor production environments and resolve critical incidents.

- Coordinate with development teams for patches, upgrades, and defect fixes.





- Drive stabilization initiatives across multiple banking entities.

- Maintain documentation and support continuous service improvement.

Collaboration

- Work with Product, Development, QA, and Support teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

- Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and production fixes.

- Promote best practices for automation and quality engineering.
