Candidate from General Insurance The position is expected to work on multiple product lines namely Fire, Engineering, Miscellaneous etc. for designing recent products,modification of existing products and adherence to product related regulatory notifications. The position is expected to manage end to end product cycle from conceptualization to launch of the product and would also involve cross functional liasion. Preparing filing documentation Regulatory compliance in product filing Maintaining/storing documents with version control Maintaining product calendar Ensuring milestone wise adherence to product calendar Reporting plan vs actual report for product calendar Ensuring cross functional liaison for product filing, query management, system readiness & launches as per Product Development SOP The functions with whom co-ordination would be required are Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Claims, Marketing, Sales etc Preparation of reports required for Management,



GARO & Regulatory Reporting Support audit related requirements for Product Development function Automate reports for post launch tracking of New Product Performance Conduct market scan for building competition comparison Tracking of New product launches in the industry Scanning overseas markets Preferably MBA/ Post Graduate in Insurance Minimum 6 years’ experience in General Insurance preferably from Product Development and/or Underwriting functions.

Exposure to customer facing roles would be a plus for this position in addition to Product Development / Underwriting experience Team Management Skills, Good Communication Skills, Domain Knowledge, Proficiency In MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Team player, Solution Oriented, Research Skills, Analytical Mindset.
