About the Team The Finacle Product Engineering team develops enterprise-grade banking platforms designed for scalability, reliability, security, and high transactional throughput. Engineers work on sophisticated frameworks, distributed architectures, APIs, databases, and performance-critical components that power core banking operations worldwide.

We are looking for passionate software engineers with strong C/C++ expertise who enjoy working on complex technical challenges involving system design, data structures, algorithms, optimization, debugging, and enterprise-scale software development.

What You'll Do

✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and extensible enterprise software frameworks.

✅ Develop high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

✅ Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.

✅ Independently own development tasks, testing, debugging,



and delivery while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

✅ Analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions using strong problem-solving skills.

✅ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

✅ Contribute to software quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

? Strong proficiency in C/C++ with solid understanding of:

-Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

-Pointers and Memory Management

-Data Structures & Algorithms

? Experience in Product/Software Development environments.

? Hands-on expertise with Linux/Unix systems.

? Strong understanding of:

-Design Patterns & Design Principles

-RDBMS Concepts

-Software Architecture & System Design

-Agile Development Methodologies

-Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

? Experience with:

-C/C++ Debugging Tools

-Core Dump Analysis

-Build, Compilation & Linking Processes

-API Development and Library Development

-QA Tools and Practices

? Knowledge in at least one of the following:

-Database Systems

-Client-Server Architecture

-Socket Programming

? Scripting knowledge in:

-Python / Bash / Shell Scripting

? Ability to:

-Perform effort estimation and work breakdown

-Conduct design and code reviews

-Drive quality-focused development practices
