Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into meaningful product experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences and visuals for B2B and B2C products across web and mobile
- Translate business goals and user needs into scalable design solutions
- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems aligned with product and brand strategy
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for seamless execution
- Apply UX principles and creative thinking to solve complex problems and deliver engaging, delightful experiences

Requirements





- 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong visual design skills with a refined sense of typography, color, and layout
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
- Proven experience designing for both B2B and B2C applications
- Experience working on web and mobile platforms
- Hands-on experience in creating and scaling design systems
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives effectively
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and end-to-end design thinking

Good to Have

- Experience in vibe coding and working closely with development team
- Prior experience in healthcare or health-tech products
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Solid storytelling and presentation skills
