1. Develop and manage insurance products for the Bancassurance channel to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

2. Formulate and execute product and business strategies in collaboration with banking partners and internal stakeholders.

3. Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports, sales trackers, productivity reports, and business performance dashboards.

4. Design and manage dashboards for various teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Product, and Leadership) to support data-driven decision-making.

5. Drive manpower planning and workforce analytics by tracking headcount, productivity, hiring requirements, attrition trends, and resource allocation.

6. Monitor key business metrics, product performance, profitability, and channel effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.

7. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic business planning.

8. Present periodic business reviews, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
