We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join the team at S.C.Nordic.

This isn't a desk job where you wait for updates to come in. We need someone who stays close to suppliers, owns the full journey from purchase order to site delivery, and keeps project managers and customers informed without being chased.

The role covers a lot of ground:

→ Supplier dialogue and vendor follow-up

→ Purchasing BESS components, containers and electrical equipment

→ Transport planning, freight and customs clearance

→ Status reporting to project managers

→ Claims and delays, owned start to finish

→ Keeping customers updated on delivery progress

You'll work in our internal ERP and a central procurement tool that gives the whole organisation visibility on what's on its way and when it lands.

What we're looking for:





→ Structured enough that others can rely on your data

→ Proactive enough to flag problems before they become surprises

→ Commercial enough to negotiate with suppliers under time pressure

Background in energy, batteries, EV charging, or electrical equipment is a real advantage. You'll be buying components you need to understand well enough to have an intelligent conversation with a supplier.

Good to have: customs and import compliance, contract management, or Incoterms experience.
