Genotek Biochem Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Executive Procurement to support chemical sourcing and vendor management. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier coordination, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding

- Support procurement of chemicals, reagents, and consumables

- Verify CAS numbers, specifications, and regulatory requirements

- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders

- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and compliance

- Maintain records of licenses, permits, and procurement documentation

- Track inventory and assist in replenishment planning

- Conduct basic cost analysis and vendor negotiations

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Chemistry

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus

- Positive communication and negotiation skills

- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience welcome
