Hiring Position: Process Trainer

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver process training for new hires and existing employees
- Develop training materials, modules, and SOPs
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
- Conduct refresher sessions and continuous learning programs
- Collaborate with operations and QA teams to improve process efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Process Trainer in BPO/KPO
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end training lifecycle
- Ability to manage batches and meet training deadlines
