About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to drive capability building for teams handling BL/LAP. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs for business lending products, sales processes, credit, and operations within the NBFC or BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.

- Conduct induction and refresher training for sales, credit, operations, and collections teams.

- Develop training content, SOPs, process manuals, and assessment modules.

- Ensure product, process, and compliance knowledge is effectively imparted across teams.

- Identify knowledge gaps through TNI (Training Needs Identification) and implement improvement plans.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and business performance metrics.





- Partner with business stakeholders to roll out current products, process changes, and policy updates.

- Conduct coaching sessions and field visits to improve productivity and customer experience.

- Maintain training MIS, certification records, and learning dashboards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1015 years of experience in Learning & Development or Process Training.

- Strong experience in Business Loans / MSME Loans / SME Lending / Unsecured Business Loans.

- Prior experience in NBFCs or Financial Institutions is mandatory.

- Experience training sales, credit, operations, or collections teams.

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable conducting classroom, virtual, and field training programs.
