Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processing systems to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business results.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to process operations and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of chemical processing principles and techniques (e.g., batch planning, distillation).
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA).
