Job Title: Process Associate (Non-Voice)

- Location: Baner, Pune
- Shift: 6:30 AM IST – 5:30 PM IST (India Day Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Thursday
- Salary: 3.25 LPA – 3.5 LPA

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Associate to support payroll operations for US healthcare professionals. The role involves accurate timecard entry, verification, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and error-free payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and maintain employee timecards.
- Record and verify shift timings (In/Out/Lunch) and applicable shift differentials.
- Review timecards for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Attach required compliance documents and obtain supervisor approvals before payroll deadlines.
- Track pending timecards and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams via email and ticketing platforms.




- Ensure compliance with payroll procedures, company policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in back-office operations, payroll support, data entry, customer support, or workforce administration.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with payroll systems or ticketing tools is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to healthcare staffing or timekeeping operations is preferred.
