The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management and sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals. As a Private Banker/ Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients and providing them with personalized banking and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals in the West region

Understand clients' financial goals and provide them with customized banking and investment solutions





Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance on wealth management and financial planning

Cross-sell various banking and investment products and services to clients

Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with the best possible advice

Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or private banking

Proven track record of managing high net worth clients and achieving sales targets

In-depth knowledge of banking and investment products and services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
