• Private Banking Group Location: across North India IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker/Partner to join our team in the North &

• East region. As a Private Banker/Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the North & East region

Understand clients' financial goals and provide them with customized banking and wealth management solutions

Cross-sell various banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide them with regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Private Banking Group Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management

Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients

In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, investments, and insurance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Additional Parameters: CFP or CFA certification is preferred

Knowledge of local market and industry trends in the North & East region

Willingness to travel within the region as needed
