We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Private Banker to join a leading bank's Wealth Management division. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong track record of managing High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNI) clients while delivering customized financial and wealth management solutions.

As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, understanding their financial objectives, and providing tailored wealth management strategies. The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with exceptional relationship management skills to help clients preserve, grow, and transfer their wealth across generations.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients by understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.

Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions across investment products, banking services, insurance, lending, and estate planning.

Develop customized portfolio management strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives and market conditions.

Identify current business opportunities through referrals, networking, and relationship expansion initiatives.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend appropriate adjustments based on market trends and evolving client needs.

Collaborate with internal product specialists and investment teams to provide holistic financial solutions.

Monitor financial markets, economic developments, and regulatory changes to deliver timely insights to clients.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards.

Maintain high levels of client engagement through regular reviews,



financial planning discussions, and proactive communication.

Achieve revenue, asset under management (AUM), and client acquisition targets while maintaining exceptional service quality.

Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in Wealth Management

Hands-on experience in Portfolio Management

Proven ability to manage HNI/UHNI client relationships

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and banking solutions

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to analyze client financial profiles and recommend suitable wealth strategies

Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities

High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric approach

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in Investment Advisory

Exposure to managing diversified Investment Portfolios

Knowledge of estate planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning

Relevant certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA, or equivalent

Experience working with family offices or private banking divisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

MBA (Finance) or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

6–30 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Financial Advisory roles.
