Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair printer hardware issues.
- Hands-on experience with printer parts and components.
- Replace faulty printer parts and perform servicing.
- Troubleshoot paper jams, printing errors, connectivity, and hardware faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing.
- Attend field service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain service reports and records.
