Zinnov is hiring for the role of Principal, Sr.
Threat Intelligence
Analyst on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company a company where technology sits at the centre of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the companys establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.
The position works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. It is suited for professionals with strong privacy, audit, and risk management experience who can contribute to secure and compliant technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence to identify risks impacting enterprise systems, applications, and data
- Develop actionable intelligence reports and briefings for technical and executive stakeholders
- Monitor global threat landscape, including adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), to anticipate and mitigate risks
- Partner with incident response, threat detection, and security operations teams to support investigations and enhance detection capabilities
- Correlate intelligence with internal telemetry to identify vulnerabilities, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and potential attack vectors
- Drive continuous improvement of threat intelligence processes, tooling, and frameworks Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, digital, and business teams to embed threat intelligence into security strategy and operations
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts,
acting as a domain expert
- Evaluate external intelligence sources, vendors, and technologies to strengthen intelligence capabilities
- Support executive decision-making by translating complex threats into business risk impacts
Education
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related discipline required.
- Masters degree in a related field preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on threat intelligence or cyber defense
- Deep understanding of threat intelligence lifecycle, frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK;), and adversary behavior.
- Familiarity with intelligence automation, scripting, or data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL)
- Proven experience analyzing and responding to advanced persistent threats, malware campaigns, and cyber-attacks
- Strong knowledge of security technologies including SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, and network security tools
- Experience collaborating with incident response and security operations teams to investigate and remediate threats
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a quick-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in global enterprise environments, preferably within healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries
- Experience building or maturing threat intelligence programs at scale
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience working with external intelligence sharing communities and industry groups
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or leading technical teams
Additional Information
- Language: English proficiency required; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Travel: Limited domestic or international travel may be required, typically less than 10%.
- Certifications: Certifications (preferred): CISSP, GIAC (GCTI, GCIA), CEH, or equivalent security certifications
