The Role

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions that drive business impact. This role demands solid technical expertise, end-to-end ownership of features, and the ability to make architectural decisions for performance, security, and scalability.

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications

Take ownership of end-to-end feature implementation — from requirement analysis to deployment

Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices

Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure optimal technical solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver on business goals

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD,



and automation What We Value Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient, scalable code

Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and system design

Understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps culture

Passion for learning and adapting to emerging technologies

Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Look For Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.

Proven track record of timely project delivery across multiple parallel initiatives Mindset Ownership-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
