Location: Savita Public School, Wazirabad, Delhi

School Type: Co-educational School (Up to Class X)

Student Strength: Approximately 1000 Students

Salary: ₹60,000 per month onwards (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the school's academic curriculum.
- Ensure effective teaching-learning practices across all grades.
- Monitor student academic performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of technology into education.

Staff Management

- Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, classroom observations, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive work culture.
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for staff.

School Administration

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities.
- Maintain compliance with education board guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with administrative teams for efficient school management.

Student Discipline & Welfare
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and inclusive school workplace.
- Develop and implement policies related to student behavior and discipline.
- Address student concerns and work closely with teachers and parents to support student development.

Curriculum & Quality Assurance




- Review and enhance curriculum delivery to meet educational standards.
- Monitor lesson planning, assessments, examinations, and academic outcomes.
- Ensure continuous improvement in teaching quality and student achievement.

Parent & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
- Represent the school professionally with parents, education authorities, and the local community.
- Address parent concerns in a timely and constructive manner.

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute annual academic and operational plans.
- Introduce initiatives that improve the school's reputation, student outcomes, and overall performance.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all areas of the school.

Desired Qualifications

- Master's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred; M.Ed. is an advantage).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in school Principal.
- Experience managing schools up to Class X is preferred.
