Must Have Skills: Pharma Strategy Consulting, Business Development, Client Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Pricing & Profitability Management Job Overview: Engage with client CEOs and senior leadership to build awareness of IQVIA consulting capabilities, drive consulting sales, and ensure delivery excellence. Responsible for managing business development targets, overseeing project delivery, and strengthening IQVIA’s market presence in Life Sciences consulting. Job Responsibility:

Drive consulting sales by engaging CXO-level stakeholders and building strong relationships

Develop and execute business development plans aligned with country leadership

Own revenue and profitability targets, ensuring correct pricing and delivery outcomes

Oversee engagements to ensure high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction

Strengthen IQVIA brand through industry participation, publications, and client engagement

Mentor and coach teams,



including Engagement Managers and junior consultants

Build and expand professional networks within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry Technical/Required Skills:

Extensive experience in Life Sciences/Pharma strategy consulting

Strong business development and proposal management capabilities

Deep understanding of consulting frameworks, tools, and methodologies

Expertise in pricing, profitability, and commercial strategy

Strong client relationship management and influencing skills

Strategic thinking, planning, and change management skills

Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and market dynamics Valuable to have Skills/Experience:

Experience in leading large consulting engagements end-to-end

Strong network within Pharma and Life Sciences organizations

Exposure to multiple consulting practice areas

Experience in speaking engagements, industry forums, or thought leadership Educational Qualification: MBA from a premier institute
