Role Description The Primary Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the preschool’s play-based and experiential learning philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing lesson plans, facilitating classroom activities, supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.



The role involves observing and documenting child progress, communicating regularly with families, collaborating with other educators, and participating in school events and enrichment activities.

This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring consistent presence in the classroom and active involvement in daily school routines.

Qualifications Foundational knowledge and practical experience in Teaching and Elementary Education.

Ability to design and adapt age-appropriate learning experiences through Curriculum Development and Education expertise.

Strong Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.

Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.

Experience working in preschools, kindergartens, or early learning centers is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to create a caring, inclusive, and child-centered classroom workplace.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in early childhood development.

Basic proficiency in classroom management and the use of educational materials and resources.
