The ideal candidate should create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that fosters communication, creativity, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver interactive Hindi lessons aligned with the school curriculum.

Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi.

Create a positive and child-friendly classroom environment that encourages participation.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.

Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate academic records.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Integrate storytelling, rhymes, role plays,



activities, and educational games into lessons.

Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.

Participate in school assemblies, events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programmes.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to school initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a relevant subject.

B.Ed. is mandatory.

CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or recognised school is preferred.

Freshers with robust subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
