Own and scale MSM Unify’s global study abroad business across all markets and corridors. Full P&L; responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive global revenue growth across all source and destination markets
- Build and scale new corridors beyond India outbound
- Own end-to-end funnel: lead to enrollment
- Define and drive partnership strategy with universities (aligned with GUPT execution)
- Build high-performing country and regional teams
- Ensure robust conversion, margins, and revenue per student
- Run weekly execution cadence with full visibility on numbers

- Revenue growth and profitability
- Corridor diversification
- Conversion rates and revenue per student
- Market-level P&L; performance

Profile

- Has run a revenue-led business at scale
- Strong global student mobility or education background
- Commercial, execution-driven, data-led
- Comfortable operating across multiple countries and teams
