Role Description The Presentation Specialist will design, develop, and refine visually engaging presentations that communicate financial concepts clearly to learners and partners. Day-to-day tasks include creating slide decks for training sessions, workshops, and marketing materials, integrating graphics, charts, and data visuals, and aligning content with the academy’s teaching methodology and brand guidelines.

The role involves collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to translate complex financial topics into accessible visual narratives,



updating existing presentations based on feedback, and maintaining a consistent visual style across all materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring close coordination with the team to support live sessions and events.

Qualifications

- Solid presentation skills and experience creating professional presentations for training or client-facing contexts.
- Proficiency in communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with educators and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in graphics and graphic design, including layout, visual hierarchy, and use of color and typography in slide decks.
- Advanced skills in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in education, training, financial services, or edtech is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
