Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Location : - Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cluster Academic Manager to lead academic excellence across 5–7 preschool centres. This is a field-based leadership role focused on ensuring high-quality curriculum execution, teacher development, classroom standards, and child learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong preschool teaching experience and enjoys mentoring educators, improving classroom practices, and driving consistent academic quality across multiple centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor academic operations across 5–7 preschool centres.
- Ensure consistent implementation of curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and academic audits.
- Coach and mentor teachers to enhance classroom delivery, child engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Support Centre Heads in maintaining academic excellence and teacher readiness.
- Monitor child development, assessments, and school readiness.
- Guide teachers on effective parent communication and academic progress updates.
- Collaborate with the Central Academic Team to implement new initiatives and curriculum updates.
- Maintain academic MIS, audit reports, and improvement plans.
- Partner closely with the Cluster Operations Manager to improve overall centre performance.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.




- Diploma/Degree/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, ECCEd, Nursery Teacher Training, or a related field preferred.
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience as a Preschool Teacher.
- Experience as an Academic Coordinator, Curriculum Coordinator, Centre Head, Senior Teacher, or similar academic leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple centres, conducting academic audits, or mentoring teachers is preferred.

- Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education pedagogy.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and classroom observation skills.
- Knowledge of child development milestones and school readiness.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for improving teaching quality and delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Travel Requirement

This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel across preschool centres within the assigned cluster.
