Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Presales

Engineer will work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to understand client requirements, demonstrate PrivacyLedger’s platform, and design tailored solution proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical demos, preparing proof-of-concept configurations, supporting integration discussions, and addressing security and compliance-related queries from prospective customers, testing and validating product features. The role involves responding to RFPs and RFIs, collaborating on technical documentation,



and providing technical support during the evaluation and onboarding phases.

The Presales

Engineer will also gather feedback from prospects and relay insights to internal teams to improve product features and presales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Presales and Sales skills for solution positioning, demo delivery, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Integration skills to guide prospects through evaluations, POCs, and implementation discussions.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Data Privacy principles and regulations (such as DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA etc), data protection concepts, and enterprise SaaS architectures.
- Experience working with B2B enterprise software, preferably in data privacy, security, or compliance domains.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field; Or a MBA from reputed institution, relevant certifications in security or privacy (e.g., ISO, CISSP, CIPP) are a plus.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and customers on-site, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Recent graduates who posses some of the above qualification and willing to work as intern for 6 months also welcome to apply.
