Key Responsibilities • Review RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

- Coordinate with sales, Delivery, technical, and HR teams to gather inputs.
- Assist in preparing proposals, capability decks, and compliance matrices.
- Maintain bid trackers and documentation libraries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solution offerings, features, and industry trends.




- Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Track and follow up on leads, opportunities - ensuring timely communication and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, handle customer visits and engagements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
