We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Technical Lead to drive the design and technical validation of enterprise-grade IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be the technical backbone of the sales process, specialising in Networking, Security, Storage, and Backup. The role involves understanding customer pain points and translating them into robust, cost-effective technical architectures that align with our OEM partnerships (Dell, HP, Fortinet, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

● Solution Architecting: Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for Networking, Security, and Storage.

● Bill of Materials (BOM): Take ownership of creating accurate and competitive BOMs and Scopes of Work (SOW) for various projects.

● Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

● Tender Management: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring all technical compliance requirements are met for education,



corporate and government tenders.

● Vendor Coordination: Liaise with OEM technical teams to stay updated on the latest product roadmaps and to secure special pricing / technical approval.

● Internal Support: Provide technical handovers to the post-sales / implementation team to ensure the solution delivered matches the solution promised.

Required Candidate Profile

● Experience: 3 to 8 years in a Pre-sales or Solution Architect role within a System Integration (SI) company.

● Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates with certifications like CCNA/CCNP, NSE 4/5 (Fortinet) or OEM-specific storage certifications.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Analytical Skills: Solid ability to troubleshoot business challenges and design technical solutions that fit budget constraints.
