Role Overview The Pre-Sales Executive is the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers at NAVASA.

You will connect with potential customers over phone calls, understand their requirements, introduce relevant residential projects, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to site visit.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy communication, customer interaction, and coordination and are looking to build a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective homebuyers
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Explain project details clearly and confidently
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain and update lead information using CRM tools
- Act as a bridge between customers and the sales team
- Work towards assigned lead and site visit targets

Skills Required

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with new people
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations preferred. Training will be provided
- Computer skills




- Ability to communicate in English and regional languages preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
