Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

Guide potential clients through the necessary documentation and application processes.

Maintain accurate and updated client records and communication details in the CRM system used by the company.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.

Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.

Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Adhere to the company's policies, guidelines, and best practices.





Requirements Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, will be preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
